1. Promotion Specific Terms & Conditions

1.1 This offer is applicable only to people who subscribe and/or follow White Magazine on Social Media. 1.2 Only couple with access to the White Magazine promotion code are eligible to book. 1.3 All couples who are eligible will have to book via the outlined booking procedure (Clause 2). 1.4 To guarantee the promotion against your booking and thus PT. Bali Dream Day services for your wedding, a non-refundable down payment of 50% the Wedding Coordination fee will have to be paid. 1.5 All Vendors & Services will be suggested by PT. Bali Dream Day. If you wish to use any alternative vendor then this must be agreed by both parties in writing. 1.6 All major Vendors & Services must be booked by PT. Bali Dream Day on behalf of the client. This includes, but is not limited to booking of the Venue, Catering & Beverage, Decorations, Photography & Videography and Entertainment. 1.7 This offer is directed towards weddings that take place at an Event Villa that PT. Bali Dream Day has a business relationship with. If an alternative villa is requested by client, this must be agreed to by PT. Bali Dream Day. 1.8 Wedding Package Venues are excluded unless agreed to at time of quotation by PT. Bali Dream Day. 1.9 Platinum Wedding Coordination Fee must be chosen for this promotion – all other Wedding Coordination fees are not applicable

2. Booking Procedure & Cancellation Policy

2.1 Log into Webpage {Insert Web address here} with user-name BALIWHITE01 and password Dream Day. 2.2 After PT. Bali Dream Day receive the request and if the wedding is possible to be performed, PT. Bali Dream Day will give a personalised Wedding Quotation for client within a 24 – 48 hour period. 2.3 Once Wedding quotation agreed to by client, Down payment invoice & wedding contract will be provided to client. This must be signed and scanned back to PT. Bali Dream Day and the invoice paid 2.4 A minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total Coordination fee is required to confirm any discussed booking. 2.5 The balance Payment must be settled 30 (thirty) days prior to your wedding day. 2.6 Cancellation Policy 30 days prior to wedding is 50% non-refundable deposit only 2.7 14 days prior to wedding is 75% of the total coordination fee 2.8 Less than 14 days prior to wedding is 100% of the total coordination fee

3. Vendor Booking Terms

3.1 After receiving 50% non-refundable deposit of the coordination fee (As outlined in Clause 2.4) PT. Bali Dream Day will begin the coordination activities as outlined in the Event Contract. 3.2 For some of the services outlined in this Event Contract, PT. Bali Dream Day will offer the use of their preferred vendors. 3.3 Although PT. Bali Dream Day does all possible checks to recommend professional and good suppliers, we are unable to give any guarantee as to the quality or suitability of vendor providers or their goods or Planning. Therefore in the unlikely event that a supplier does not meet your expectations, we cannot be held responsible for all third party supplier services. Therefore no liability shall attach to us in respect of any claims arising out of any cancellation of such Planning. 3.4 Upon agreement to said services with the vendors, the invoice will be sent by PT. Bali Dream Day to the said client. 50% of the Service cost must be paid in order to confirm a service booking. 3.5 This invoice will include the Vendors own terms and conditions. By paying the 50% deposit to reserve the service booking, the said client is agreeing to the said vendors terms and conditions. 3.6 The remaining balance of the service fee must be paid in full at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the event date. Failure to do so could lose the agreed vendor service 3.7 The named client will be held liable for all costs of repair or replacement. In the event that any person present at the event damages any equipment provided or supplied by PT. Bali Dream Day at a function.
